The order will be shipped via Australia Post within 1-3 days from confirmation of payment. If there are any exceptional reasons which causes us to delay dispatching your order we will let you know as soon as practicable. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only, not including public holidays. Please note that in rural and remote areas of Australia, delivery times are subject to the Australia Post delivery schedule in the area. If in doubt, please check with your local Post Office.
Shipping is currently only available within Australia and costs will be displayed PRIOR to finalising your transaction.

All items purchased from The Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar Pty Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.
