Next up are the oolong teas. These teas vary between green and black in terms of oxidisation and can produce a liquor which varies greatly from green and yellow through to nearly black.

The flavour of oolongs tends to be very smooth so they’re great for people new to drinking tea as they tend to be less astringent.
